LINTON SOLUTIONS INSTALL DUTCH WATER TANK
Linton Solutions has installed the first Buwatec Water Tank in Ireland. The corrugated steel and PVC tank, built for Mackle Pet Foods at its Dungannon base, is the largest tank commissioned outside of Buwatec's home country of the Netherlands and is certainly an impressive size. Total capacity equates to 510 metres cubed with a diameter of 13 meters and height of six metres. The tank replaces an existing storage system at the Mackle Pet Food site and will be used to store water drawn out of a number of boreholes. Mr Nigel Johnston, Managing Director of Linton Solutions, won the contract after beating the competition on price, delivery time and installation. In the event, Linton Solutions had the tank delivered and installed to plan within four weeks. Linton Solutions is no stranger to this kind of contract having being involved in the industry since 1971 when Mr Trevor Linton started the company with a range of slurry separators. Having established itself in the agricultural engineering market, Linton Solutions now provides "environmental and economic solutions for both agriculture and industrial markets". It offers a full spectrum of consultancy, design, manufacture, installation, after-sales service and support. Along with storage tanks, Linton Solutions supplies a full range of centrifuge and slurry separation systems and is an agent for Galebreaker Industrial Products, Carier and pump makers Landia.
