Carier Separator Installed At Harper Adams University

Linton Solutions have recently installed one of their RS1000 Carier slurry separation systems at Harper Adams University after beating off the competiton for the contract.

The project at the new £2.3 million dairy unit, which was completed at the end of October 2009, accomodates 400 cows with facilities to allow expansion to 600, while the Carier Separator can manage up to 1000 cows.

Scott Kirby (HAUC farm manager) was looking for an efficient system to handle slurry, and the Carier separator stood out from its competitors due to its low running costs, good throughput, low maintanance and the availability of spare parts.

Coming from a quality British manufacturer, the Carier Separator from Linton Solutions, has proved to be the 'perfect solution' to the slurry management at Harper Adams.
